Wenn von Kopf-Hals-Tumoren die Rede ist, kommen einem Tumorläsionen in den Sinn, die vom Mund ausgehen und die obere Speiseröhre einschließen und auch das Weichgewebe bedecken. Die erste Gruppe von Zellen, die die Schleimhaut umgeben, sind Plattenepithelzellen, und die häufigste Krebsart sind Plattenepithelzellen ca.

Unsere Ohren

Das Ohr, unser Hörorgan, ist ein weiteres wichtiges Organ, das unser äußeres Erscheinungsbild beeinflusst. Unser Ohr besteht aus drei Teilen, dem Außenohr, dem Mittelohr und dem Innenohr. Im Gegensatz zur Nase können Ohroperationen schon in jungen Jahren durchgeführt werden, da unser Ohr seine Entwicklungsstruktur bereits in jungen Jahren abschließen kann. Vor allem in der Vorschule liegt das Durchschnittsalter bei 5 Jahren.

Deformitäten, die eine Ohroperation erfordern, werden durch Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Ohrmuschel verursacht, die sich in unserem Außenohr befindet. Bei der Untersuchung der Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Ohrmuschel wurde beobachtet, dass sie im Allgemeinen als Folge von Veränderungen in der Knorpelstruktur auftreten.

Segelohren-OP

Abstehende Ohrenoperationen können sowohl in örtlicher Betäubung als auch in Vollnarkoseverfahren durchgeführt werden. Operationen können in der Regel zwischen 1-2 Stunden variieren. Die gewünschte Formveränderung ist sowohl an beiden Ohren als auch an einem Ohr zu sehen. Nach der Operation sind Operationsnarben von außen nicht sichtbar. Bei Operationen an abstehenden Ohren werden chirurgische Eingriffe von der Rückseite des Ohrs durchgeführt. Während der Operation werden die notwendigen Falten des Ohrs bereitgestellt und die Nähe des Ohrs zum Schädel sichergestellt. Diese Nähe wird durch permanente Nähte ermöglicht.

Nach der Operation möchten wir von unseren Patienten als Erstes, dass sie das Tennisband etwa eine Woche lang benutzen. Auf diese Weise sorgen wir für weniger Schmerzen und minimieren Effekte wie Blutungen und Stichverletzungen. Mit dem Anlegen des Verbandes nach der Operation können wir unser normales Leben innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen fortsetzen. Diese Operationen haben nichts mit dem Gehör zu tun.

Concha-Vergrößerungen werden normalerweise zusammen mit Septumkrümmungen gesehen. Es verbindet sich mit den oberen Flügelknorpeln oben und den seitlichen Knorpeln anterior und lateral, um der Nase Form zu geben. Während ihre Krümmungen das äußere Erscheinungsbild der Nase von Zeit zu Zeit stören können, kann sie manchmal mit Atemproblemen auftreten, ohne das äußere Erscheinungsbild zu verschlechtern. Auch hier können Krümmungen im oberen Septum die Kieferhöhlenöffnungen verstopfen und zu Nasennebenhöhlenentzündungen führen. Septumpathologien können die Schleimhaut an den Seitenwänden der Nase aktivieren und erneut krankhafte Schleimhautreizungen hervorrufen. Aberrantes Schleimhautwachstum ist eine Situation, die wir in der Nase nicht wollen.

Auch hier verursachen Septumkrümmungen ein abnormales Wachstum von Strukturen, die Concha in der kontralateralen Nase genannt werden. Aus diesem Grund beschreiben unsere Patienten diese Situation, da ich nicht gut durch beide Nasenlöcher atmen kann.

Prominent Ear Surgeries

Prominent ear surgeries can be performed under local anesthesia as well as with general anesthesia techniques. Surgeries can usually vary between 1-2 hours. The desired shape change can be seen in both ears as well as in one ear. After the operation, surgical scars are not visible from the outside. In prominent ear surgeries, surgical procedures are performed from the back of the ear. During the surgery, the necessary folds of the ear are provided and the proximity of the ear to the skull is ensured. This proximity is made possible by permanent sutures.

The nose is a structure that opens into the nasopharynx with a septum in the middle, cartilage in the front, and bone tissue in the back. The anterior part is cartilage, posterior part is bone, and below is the facial bone, which we call the maxilla. It combines with the superior alar cartilages above and the lateral cartilages anteriorly and laterally to give shape to the nose. While its curvatures can disrupt the external appearance of the nose from time to time, it can sometimes appear with breathing problems without deteriorating the external appearance. Again, septum curvatures cause abnormal growth of structures called concha in the contralateral nose. For this reason, our patients describe this situation as I cannot breathe easily through both nostrils.

Kulak Zarı Tüp Uygulaması

Orta kulakta ses iletişiminde bir boşluğumuz bulunmaktadır. Bu boşluk normal şartlarda hava ile dolması gerekirken fakat çeşitli sebeplerden dolayı (östaki tüpü tıkalı ise, çok büyük geniz etinin olması, sürekli tekrarlayan enfeksiyonların olması) sıvı birikmesi başlar ve bu işitme azlığına yol açar. Tıpkı bir çocuğun havuzun altındayken sesleri duyması gibi sesler derin ve boğuk olacaktır. Hastalığın fark edilmesi gözlem gerektirmektedir. Asla ağrı yapmaz. Genellikle televizyona yaklaşma okulda önlerde yer alma, dudak okumaya çalışmaları gibi hareketleri aileler gözlemleyerek hastalığı tespit edebilirler. Okul çağında hastalığı erken fark etmek önemlidir. Cümle içeresinde kelimelerin eksik duyulması cümlenin anlaşılmaması demektir. Yapılan araştırmalar göstermiştir ki işitmede yaşanılan %15 lik bir kayıp okul başarısını %85 azaltmıştır. Aslında çocuklarımızın soysal, bilinçsel zekasını etkileyen çok önemli ve tedavisi basit olan bir hastalıktır.

Baş Boyun Tümörleri

Baş Boyun tümörleri denildiğinde, ağız içinden başlayıp yemek borusu üst bölge dahil ve yumuşak dokuyu da kapsayan tümöral lezyonlar akla gelir. Mukozayı ilk saran hücre grubu sguamöz hücreler ve sıklıkla görünen kanser türü sguamöz cell ca’dır.

Tükürük bezi kanserleri ayrı sınıflandırılır. Yine tümörün yerleştiği bölge ve boşluğa göre bir sınıflandırmaya gidilir. Ağız boşluğu, sinüs ve burun boşluğu, dil, dil kökü, gırtlak, yemek borusu üst kısmı.

Baş Boyun kanserleri büyük oranda tütün kullanımı ve alkol kullanımı ile artış göstermektedir. Ayrıca özellikle çocukluk çağında radyasyona maruz kalınması baş boyun kanser insidansını arttırır. Bunu özellikle tiroid kanserleri için daha rahat söyleyebiliriz.

Tedavi planında ise tümörün evrelemesi çok önemlidir. Evrelemede tümörün büyüklüğü, hücresel özellikleri, yayılımı, karakteri, uzak bölge metastazları gibi birçok faktör göz önünde bulundurulur ve tedavi planı buna göre yapılır. Cerrahi, radyoterapi, kemoterapi ve bazen kombine tedaviler gibi. Tek başına cerrahi tedavinin yeterli olabildiği gibi radyoterapi ve veya kemoterapi veya hepsi.
